With only 20 seats available, this exclusive evening will take you on a journey from the sun-drenched shores of Oaxaca to the rugged coastline of British Columbia, making stops in San Francisco and Alaska along the way. Each course is a chapter in this expedition, showcasing the diverse salts of the Pacific, each with its own terroir, its own whisper of the ocean and earth.
From the delicate brininess of hand-harvested sea salt that lingers on the tongue to the rich, smoky undertones of volcanic salt that draw out unexpected flavors, every sprinkle tells a story, and every bite unveils a new layer of complexity.
